Random Wheel Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Random Wheel, an Android app published by Stackquiln. By installing or using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You must be at least 18 years old.

What Random Wheel does

Random Wheel makes a random selection from entries you create. It is a general-purpose tool for informal personal or group choices. It is not designed for betting, paid prizes, gambling, regulated drawings, employment, admissions, medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or other consequential decisions.

You are responsible for deciding whether a random choice is appropriate for your situation and for reviewing entries before you spin.

Licence

Subject to these terms and applicable store rules, Stackquiln grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to install and use Random Wheel on compatible devices you control for lawful, non-commercial purposes.

Acceptable use

You must not use Random Wheel unlawfully, to harm another person, to conduct regulated gaming or drawings without required authorization, to make discriminatory or high-impact decisions, or to interfere with the app or another person's device. You must not misrepresent an affiliation with Stackquiln or Random Wheel.

Availability and data

Random Wheel is provided offline and may change, be unavailable, or stop working on some devices or Android versions. You are responsible for keeping copies of any wheel you need. Exports are your responsibility once created.

Intellectual property and open source

Stackquiln owns Random Wheel's original code, text, and artwork, or uses material under permission or licence. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners. Open-source components remain governed by their own licences and notices; these terms do not limit rights granted by an open-source licence.

Warranty and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Random Wheel is provided “as is” and “as available.” Stackquiln does not promise that every selection is suitable for a particular purpose, that the app will be uninterrupted, or that user-entered data will never be lost.

To the extent permitted by law, Stackquiln is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of Random Wheel. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights, fraud, wilful misconduct, or personal injury caused by negligence.

Changes and termination

You may stop using Random Wheel and erase local data at any time. Stackquiln may change or discontinue the app when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, maintenance, or product changes. Material changes to these terms will receive a new effective date and any notice required by law.

Governing law and contact

Applicable law is determined by conflict-of-law rules. Consumers retain mandatory protections and access to competent courts available where they live. These terms do not require arbitration or waive mandatory rights.
