SipCue Data and Deletion Guide
Effective date: July 26, 2026
SipCue does not require an account and Stackquiln does not operate a server copy of your hydration history. For that reason, there is normally no SipCue account to close and Stackquiln cannot retrieve or remotely delete on-device hydration entries.
Delete data stored on your device
Use any of these Android controls:
- In SipCue, open Settings and choose Reset data to erase hydration entries and reset app preferences.
- In Android system settings, open SipCue's app information and clear app storage.
- Uninstall SipCue.
Resetting, clearing storage, or uninstalling permanently removes local app data from that device. SipCue disables Android cloud backup and device-to-device transfer for its app data.
Optional Analytics and crash reporting
- Turn Analytics off in SipCue Settings to disable future Firebase Analytics collection and request a reset of the app's Analytics identifier and local Analytics data.
- Turn Crash reporting off separately to disable future Crashlytics collection and request deletion of reports that have not been sent.
Already submitted provider records may remain for the provider's stated retention period or legal obligations. A standard Google Analytics 4 property provides a configured 2- or 14-month retention period for user- and event-level data, while aggregated reports may remain longer. Because SipCue has no account and does not set a SipCue user ID, an already uploaded event may not be linkable to a deletion requester. Firebase states that submitted Crashlytics stack traces and associated identifiers are generally kept for 90 days before deletion begins.
Ads, consent, and public configuration
Ads are disabled in bundled defaults. If ads are enabled in your release, use Privacy choices in Settings where available to revisit consent choices. The public Cloudflare configuration request does not add a SipCue identifier or hydration data, so Stackquiln normally cannot associate a host log with a particular SipCue user.
Purchases and subscriptions
Deleting SipCue data or uninstalling the app does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Google Play. Google Play controls its account and transaction records under Google's policies and legal obligations.
Request provider-held or support data
Email stackquiln@gmail.com with “SipCue deletion request” in the subject. State:
- which optional feature was involved, such as Analytics, Crashlytics, ads, a purchase, or support email;
- the approximate date; and
- what you want deleted.
Do not send hydration logs, medical details, government identification, passwords, or payment-card information. We may request limited information only when reasonably necessary to verify or locate the request. Some information may be retained where required for security, transactions, legal claims, or compliance; if so, we will explain the applicable limitation where required.
Requests are handled within the period required by applicable privacy law. See the Privacy Policy for rights, recipients, retention, and regional procedures.
