SipCue Health Disclaimer

Effective date: July 26, 2026

SipCue is a general wellness logging and reminder tool for adults aged 18 or older. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. It does not monitor dehydration, electrolyte balance, kidney function, or another medical condition and does not provide emergency alerts.

Hydration goals, progress, streaks, and weight-based estimates are general estimates based on information you enter. Individual needs vary with health conditions, medication, pregnancy, activity, climate, diet, alcohol use, and other factors. Both inadequate intake and excessive intake can be harmful.

Do not rely on SipCue when it conflicts with instructions from a qualified clinician. Do not change a medically prescribed fluid restriction or treatment based on the app. Seek professional care for symptoms or concerns, and contact local emergency services for an emergency.

Android permissions, battery controls, device state, and operating-system scheduling can delay or prevent reminders. SipCue should not be your only reminder for medication, treatment, supervision, or another safety-critical need.

Nothing in this disclaimer excludes rights or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
