Include “SipCue” and one of the following in the subject so the request can be routed:

Support — app behaviour, reminders, purchases, or restoration.
Privacy request — access, correction, deletion, consent, objection, or another privacy right.
Security report — a suspected vulnerability or data incident.
Legal or IP notice — terms, copyright, trademark, or other legal correspondence.

For privacy requests, identify the relevant optional feature or provider and an approximate date if known. Do not email hydration logs, government identification, medical details, passwords, payment-card information, or other sensitive information unless we first explain why a limited item is necessary.

Most SipCue information is stored only on your device and cannot be retrieved by Stackquiln. See the Data and Deletion Guide for immediate on-device controls.

We aim to acknowledge ordinary support messages within a reasonable time. Privacy and legal requests are handled within the period required by applicable law. Additional information may be requested only where reasonably necessary to verify or complete a request.
